DEF LEPPARD's ARMAGEDDON IT Video In Classic Top Of The Pops Episode

Def Leppard's Armageddon It video was featured on Top Of The Pops in April 1988 and the show was re-broadcast last week.

The band were featured once again on the show in early April 1988.

After two appearances performing 'Animal' and 'Pour Some Sugar On Me' to playback in August and September the fourth UK single 'Armageddon It' was used during the regular 'Breakers' segment.

This segment had long clips from promo videos of songs that were just entering or climbing the charts.

This episode was rebroadcast again in BBC Four last week.

The 'Hysteria' video was also used in the same way in December 1987 with that episode re-broadcast in May.
