JOE ELLIOTT In New York To Announce DEF LEPPARD Tour With NEAL SCHON

Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott is currently in New York City to announce the 2018 tour alongside members of Journey.

It is highly likely Joe and Journey guitarist Neal Schon will attend some kind of press conference or media event to announce the North American portion of the world tour.

Joe and Neal are booked to appear live on Eddie Trunk's Trunk Nation show on Sirius XM on Monday 22nd January Live at 3 PM ET.

This is likely to be one of a series of media appearances and interviews to promote the tour.

A number of questions should be answered soon - tour name/theme?, Hysteria album being played?, staging?, mention of shows coming in other countries (UK/Europe/Japan/Australia).

And the confirmation and details of the digital/streaming breakthrough and any interesting releases tied in to that.

A big announcement, about many things, is due on Friday with more news about it possibly later today/tonight.

Phil recently told an interviewer that the band are planning a two year tour which of course most likely means touring this year and next year but with a gap of a few months in between.
