Photo Gallery & Live Review: Def Leppard, Poison, and Tesla By By AJ Roccaforte

Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre hosted another weekend of classic rock with Def Leppard, Poison, and Tesla.

Classic rock continued this past weekend at Tinley Park's Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre with a triple bill featuring Def Leppard, Poison, and Tesla on Saturday night.

Tesla took the stage promptly at 7PM for a quick set as concertgoers were still filing in, acknowledging attendees between songs and taking a group picture in front of the crowd before exiting the stage.

Poison followed next after a large majority of fans made it to their seats, with a visibly packed lawn and main floor at this point.

Lead vocalist Bret Michaels displayed a lot of appreciation for his fans before, during, and after each song, accompanied by handshakes with everyone in the front row. The 54 year-old vocalist also made note of being in Tinley Park multiple times throughout each tune, providing a personal touch to Poison's routine.

Preceding Something to Believe In, Bret Michaels also took a few moments to give thanks and show appreciation to the troops serving our country overseas, noting there were a number of veterans in the audience.

Def Leppard's appearance later in the evening came after their signature backdrop curtain falling to stage-level, commencing their opening number Let's Go, with Animal right after that. Their 17-song setlist comprised of a large majority of classics including Foolin, Love Bites, and Armageddon It to name a few. The band played three more recent songs, Let’s Go, Dangerous, and Man Enough, which were released in 2015.

Pour Some Sugar on Me was played lastly before Def Leppard departed the crowd, which ended up being followed by a two-song encore with Rock of Ages and Photograph.

Tinley Park was the trio's second-to-last stop on the tour, with a show Sunday night in Indianapolis shutting the doors on their summer trek.
