Def Leppard 2017 Guadalajara, Mexico (Show Report)

Def Leppard played another show on the 2017 Tour last night in Guadalajara, Mexico with 18 songs performed.
The show took place at the 11,500 capacity Auditorio Telmex.
The band's first ever show in Guadalajara.
They had scheduled a show here in September 1993 at the end of the Adrenalize tour alongside the shows in Monterrey and Mexico City.
It was due to take place at the Auditorio Benito Juarez but was later cancelled and taken off the schedule.
The same thing happened in November 2005 with a scheduled show at the Plaza de Toros cancelled and removed from the schedule and the band again playing one show in Monterrey and two in Mexico City.
Last night they finally made their debut in Guadalajara.
Another excitable and enthusiastic Latin crowd greeted the band.
An 18 song setlist was played with all songs played in Guadalajara for the very first time.
The usual 17 songs played in 2017 plus an unexpected extra track not on the printed setlist. Joe's solo version of 'Two Steps Behind' was played after 'Rock On' for the first time since December 2015 in Sheffield.
The song was not included on the printed setlist shown below but was soundchecked by Joe. Footage from the soundcheck can also be seen.
Joe may have decided to add the song in as a special present to local fans after the two failed attempts to play here in 1993 and 2005. He held up the Mexican flag at the end of the show with the main video screen also displaying the flag.
Local band The Warning were again the support act as they had been in Mexico City. Despite venue officials recently telling fans there would be no support band. They were also not listed by either venue website before the shows.
Unlike Mexico City no thrust stage was used here.
