Def Leppard 2017
Def Leppard's South American tour looks set to expand with a new show announced for Buenos Aires in September.
Local promoters Ake Music Promotions have confirmed the 28th September show in Buenos Aires, Argentina in the local press.
Update - This has now been confirmed by the band.
The venue is the Estadio Luna Park. A 9,290 capacity indoor arena set on the banks of the river Rio Dique.
This will be the band's first visit to the country and city since two shows on 19th/20th April 1997 during the final run of Slang shows.
In other news the Aerosmith show in Belo Horizonte, Brazil went on sale a couple of days ago with still no mention of Def Leppard being involved.
A show in Rosario, Argentina for 3rd October has also now been confirmed by the band. This had been one of the many rumoured dates.
Just to add to the rumours another show was mentioned by local fans in Ecuador for Aerosmith, Def Leppard and Incubus.
The show poster doesn't look official though.
