PHIL COLLEN Credits Mutt Lange For DEF LEPPARD's Hysteria Album Sound

Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen has been interviewed by the Ontario press ahead of the upcoming visit.

He talked to L. Kent Wolgamott of the Press-Enterprise ahead of the band's visit to the city.

Phil talked about improving with age, the Hysteria album sound, Mutt Lange, the setlists and the current 2017 tour.

The new 30th anniversary edition releases was announced yesterday to be released on Friday 4th August. Having been first mentioned by Phil in April.

He was promoting the show in Ontario, CA which takes place on 14th June. The first visit to the city.

It appears this writer (and lots of others) are now calling the current tour a Hysteria 30th anniversary tour when it's still promoting the current studio album. The 2018 world tour looks set to be "quite possibly" a Hysteria anniversary tour (in some form).
