On the same day in 2011 Vivian Campbell played a show with Thin Lizzy in Leicester, England.

Also on this day in 1986 Vivian played his last show with the original DIO band in Honolulu, Hawaii during the 'Sacred Heart' tour. He was fired soon after during a tour break and replaced by Craig Goldy.
