Def Leppard To Play Four Shows With Aerosmith In South America

Def Leppard will play up to five dates in South America later this year according to Joe Elliott speaking earlier on his weekly radio show.
Joe announced after opening his show with the classic song 'Back In The Saddle' that the band will play four shows with Aerosmith in South America.
These four shows include the already announced date at Rock In Rio on 21st September. They also appear to be in addition to another show with The Who - also mentioned by Joe last week but believed to be a reference to Rock In Rio.
Local fans and press have continued to talk and speculate about carious shows featuring Aerosmith and Def Leppard.
An updated list of these dates is shown below with some new additions - mostly rumoured by Aerosmith fans as part of their own 2017 tour.
Local news sites and fans are also now speculating that the 'megafestival' in Santiago, Chile on 29th/30th September will take place in both Rosario and Buenos Aires, Argentina in early October.
None of the shows below have been announced or confirmed. The three other shows mentioned by Joe may (or may not) be listed amongst them.

"I mentioned last week how Def Leppard are gonna play a show in South America with The Who in the Autumn. We're also doing four shows with the band that we just heard, including the Rock In Rio show in Brazil. The band of course is Aerosmith. - 24th September 2017 - (unknown venue), Sao Paulo, Brazil - TBC
A show currently being rumoured by Aerosmith fans as part of a six date tour for them in Rio, Sao Paulo, Curitiba, Santiago, Rosario and Buenos Aires. The only dates linked with DL so far (apart from Rio) are Santiago and Buenos Aires.

A show currently being rumoured by Aerosmith fans. If played by DL it would be their first visit to this city.
- 30th September 2017 - (festival show) National Stadium (Estadio Nacional), Santiago, Chile - TBC
A festival show with Aerosmith headlining and Def Leppard reportedly playing before them. The 29th will feature The Who and Guns N' Roses according to local press. Local press now saying (on 8th April) that a show by The Who and Guns N' Roses here is "confirmed" and will be publicly announced within weeks - no mention of the proposed second day with Aerosmith/Def Leppard.
- 3rd or 4th October 2017 - (unknown venue) Rosario, Argentina - TBC
Not much info posted about this show (or shows) other than a date and that it is "subject to confirmation". These dates have only been mentioned by local fans as Aerosmith shows but also possibly linked to other festival dates.
- 6th or 7th October 2017 - (festival show) River Plate Stadium, Buenos Aires, Argentina - TBC
Possible shows with Aerosmith which local fan sites say is the Argentinian version of the festival being played in Chile. The same source says Guns N' Roses are playing shows in Rosario, Cordoba and Buenos Aires.

Shows simply listed by Aerosmith fans as a "rumour" - no link to Def Leppard.
