Adrenalize 1992.

On This Day in Def Leppard History - 18th April, the following concerts and events took place. Including the 'Adrenalize' album entering the US album charts at Number 1 on this day in 1992.

The fifth studio album would go on to spend 65 weeks on the chart and sell over 3 million copies in the US. As with the UK it remains the only Number 1 album alongside 'Hysteria'.

On the same day it spent a second week on the Canadian album chart and rose up to Number 1 where it would also start a five week run at the top.
