On This Day in Def Leppard History - 30th May, the following concerts and events took place. Including the band's first ever European headline festival performance in Nurburg, Germany during the Adrenalize tour on this day in 1993.
The band performed before a crowd of 55,000 people at the Rock Am Ring festival with two tracks ('Tear It Down', 'Women' - watch here) filmed and broadcast by MTV Europe. This show was the biggest attendance of the 1992/1993 'Seven Day Weekend' world tour.
Also on this day in 1996 the band played their first full electric show in Singapore on the Slang tour. Joe Elliott wrote a Tour Diary for Q Magazine.
