Def Leppard played a storytellers concert last night on the Hysteria On The High Seas cruise and the first photos have been sent in.
The first concert by the band on the cruise took place last night in the ship's Pantheon Theatre.
It was hosted by DJ Eddie Trunk and featured the band playing a full David Bowie song as a tribute. After this short versions of many of the band's hits were played plus stories about each one. Fans questions were also asked. The band all sat on stools and Rick joined them on percussion (like the 2012 acoustic medley). Joe was in fine form and telling hilarious stories in spite of his voice issues.
The cruise ship MSC Divina is currently docked off the coast of Half Moon Cay island and is due to leave for Miami at 6pm ET. It will spend all of tomorrow at sea and arrive back in Miami port at 7am on the 25th.
Chele has submitted some more photos which were taken during the Storytellers concert last night and around the ship.
Chele is shown with some of her friends and family. Included are shots with Kip Winger and their on stage photo with the band after the concert.

As you will no doubt have noticed there is not much coming out from the ship. This is due to bad Wifi connection for passengers aboard. Expect many more photos and info to come through over the next day or two.
The electric concert takes place in the same venue tonight at 10:45pm ET. As of when this update was posted on here it is still due to go ahead despite Joe's voice issues (see below).

Joe Elliott - Vocal Issues
Joe is sick and has had to rest his voice. He did not attend the planned reception with the band last night on board the ship. The rest of the band were there but the organisation was not good. The band were surrounded by too many people in the first five minutes and then left leaving other fans disappointed (who couldn't get to meet them in time). The on stage photo event following the Storytellers show was handled better with no issues. As shown in one of the photos the fans were divided into groups for this based on song titles.
Cruise - Weather Issues
Due to bad weather the fans on board were not allowed to leave the ship today whilst it was moored off the coast of Half Moon Cay (a very small private Island with no large port). It has also been raining heavily and rained most of the time the ship was docked in Freeport (see photo gallery) on Grand Bahama Island. This weather is probably linked to the storms on the US East Coast in some way (minus the snow).
