On this day in 1983 the band started their first US headline tour in support of 'Pyromania' in Odessa, Texas. The show at Ector County Coliseum was the first ever headline show in North America. It was also the only known time the band played the song 'Action! Not Words' live. It was replaced by 'Foolin'' after just one show.
