Def Leppard filmed their I Wanna Touch U promo video 23 years ago on this day in 1993 in Ottawa, ON, Canada.
The video footage was filmed as the band played an Adrenalize 7-Day Weekend tour concert at the Ottawa Civic Center Arena.
The video was directed by Phil Tuckett for NFL Entertainment with footage shot at this show also used in the 1994 'Action' video.
The song was played for the only known time at this show.
The band returned to play this venue in 2000 and again in May 2015 during last years Canadian tour with Emm Gryner's band Trapper in support.

I Wanna Touch U Video - Rick Savage 1993 Interview Quote
"Just suffice to say we wanted to do a video that was completely live and would document how the band was on their second 'In The Round' tour."
"We did that with 'Sugar' and 'Armageddon It' off the Hysteria tour and wanted some documentation of the Adrenalize tour. The NFL guys did a really brilliant job."
"There were some really fun things in that video. Little things...when Joe holds out a small Video 8 camcorder to film the crowd at the beginning of the video. The next shots shown on the video is the actual footage that camcorder took. Great fun...Great fun!."
