The venue is located to the south of the city centre and part of the TD Place complex and next to Lansdowne Park
It is connected to the 24,000 capacity TD Place stadium.
It was opened in December 1967.
The name of he venue changed to Urbandale (2009–2010), Rona Centre (2010–2011) and J. Benson Cartage Centre (2011–2012).
Since 2012 it has been known as TD Place Arena.
The band had been due to play here on 12th November 2009 before that tour leg was cancelled.
'Let It Go' back in the setlist after 'HND' was played in Montreal.
Joe dedicated 'Two Steps Behind' to Canadian singer Joni Mitchell who was in hospital at the time of the show with a serious illness.
