All Things Must Pass

Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott has helped to promote a new documentary film about Tower Records called All Things Must Pass.

The documentary recently premiered at various film festivals and will be released in theaters in the USA on 16th October.

It features many musicians including Dave Grohl, Elton John and Chris Cornell (Soundgarden).

A quote from Joe is featured in a new online promo for the documentary. It's possible he is also featured in the documentary but is not currently listed on the posters, official website or the IMDB page.

Joe would have made that visit to Tower Records in May 1980 after Def Leppard landed on 19th May for their debut US show the day after in Santa Monica.

The documentary has been directed by Colin Hanks (son of Tom Hanks).
