Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott hosted another edition of his weekly radio show last night on Planet Rock.

"Evening all and welcome to the Mile High City that is Denver, Colorado. Where in just a few hours time Def Leppard will hit the stage. And yes folks it really is one mile above sea level which does make it that little bit more challenging to perform because you really can't get your breath here. But it's just one of those challenges when a band tours the United States. You go up and down quite a lot. I will be with you if I can keep my breath for the next sixty minutes or so. This crowd will be with you tonight. Only for two or three minutes. This is Cheap Trick."

"Now last week I played you some brand new Def Leppard. This week I'm gonna play something that's still pretty fresh. Bit more bluesy though. This is Phil Collen's side project Delta Deep."
"I'm very much looking forward to the December tour of Great Britain and Ireland with that particular crowd. That particular crowd however aren't gonna be on stage because there's only the singer left but that's OK because it's his band. We just heard Whitesnake there from the album Saints And Sinners with Victim Of Love. And before that from the debut album from Phil Collen's side project Delta Deep we heard the very catchy Bang The Lid."
