On This Day in Def Leppard History - 27th October, the following concerts and events took place. Including the last show of the Hysteria world tour 26 years ago on this day in Tacoma, WA in 1988.
The last of 227 dates across fourteen months that saw the band use their In The Round stage for the very first time in the USA and Canada. They played to over 1.5 million people alone in the USA.
This was also the last full live concert appearance by original guitarist Steve Clark who died in January 1991.
On this day in 1992 Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora joined the band on stage in East Rutherford, NJ to perform a Bad Company song.
