Def Leppard 2015.
Def Leppard 2015

The new self titled Def Leppard album is released on 30th October and a sixth media review is available.

Johnny of Uber Rock has reviewed the new album.

A review which really should excite anyone who wants the band to rock out in full 'Retro-Active' album style.

And unlike the last review this guy (quite rightly) rates 'All Time High' - very highly!.

This review should get you re-excited about the album. If you thought 'Dangerous' was very good but not great.

Uber Rock - Album Review Quote

“Great record!!!” I hear you scream, “it’s hardly that great from what you’ve told us so far”, well that’s because once you get to track five onwards - the rather appropriately entitled ‘Invincible’ - this is where Def Leppard truly steps out of the shadows and makes me sit up and punch the air with joy, because as I alluded to already via ‘Dangerous’, this is the sound of Def Leppard with fire in their bellies once again."

"Likewise the truly uproarious ‘Sea Of Love’ and the album highlight for me ‘All Time High’, a track that could have been written by Ginger (before he gained the Wildheart) back in the early noughties….I kid you not folks. Oh and before I forget ‘Broke n Brokenhearted’ rocks like fuck too, as does the double time left of field rocker ‘Forever Young’ (thankfully not a cover of the Tyketto song), and then there’s the poptastic ‘Energized’, plus ‘Wings Of An Angel’, another track where Messrs Campbell and Collen turn the amps up to eleven and remember why they joined a rock band in the first place."
