Def Leppard 2015
Def Leppard will release their highly anticipated new self titled studio album on 30th October and there are 28 days to go.
The band revealed the final running order for the album on Instagram on 14th September.
The first single/radio track Let's Go was then premiered online a day later and released digitally on 16th September.
A new lyric video for this song was released via YouTube earlier today.
The album recording started in February 2014 when the band thought they might record one or two songs for a possible online release.
They ended up with 12 in that first session and decided to make a full album. This countdown tells the story of the album over the 2014/2015 recording period as told by the band in various interviews.

"That'll be next year. I mean we went in starting to maybe do an EP or a couple of tracks and we came out with 12 songs on a month. So for Def Leppard that's actually unheard of you know us who take three years to do an album. So we done some in February of this year then we went back and done another month. We're just gonna be finishing it off so they'll be 15 songs to choose from at least anyway. So yeah it should be ready for next year and we're gonna tour next year."

"Yeah we're straight back in the studio. It's not just vocals there's all sorts of stuff to do like guitar solos but we've got all the backing tracks pretty much nailed on about 16 songs. So we're looking at hopefully putting a record out for about Springtime next year."
