Def Leppard attended a concert by Paul McCartney in Columbus, OH on 13th October.
The show took place at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, OH the night before Def Leppard's own show at the nearby Value City Arena.
The show is part of Paul's 'Out There' tour which is due to end in Buffalo, NY on 22nd October after 91 shows played since 4th May 2013.
Joe talked briefly about the show at last night's Lep concert during his 'Two Steps Behind' intro speech - watch the video below.
Paul and his band played a massive 41 songs in a career spanning set that featured tunes by The Beatles as well as his solo career and Wings.
Def Leppard covered the Wings song 'Helen Wheels' in 2014 for The Art Of McCartney tribute album.
Joe also sang with Paul's backing band on a cover of 'Hi Hi Hi' and mentioned during the press interviews that he was quite close to them. 'Hi Hi Hi' was one of the songs played at this show.
This is the second big show by another act the band have attended in the USA this year. Back in July they attended a U2 concert in Boston, MA.
