Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott hosted another edition of his weekly radio show last night on Planet Rock.
This week's show included songs by AC/DC, Van Halen and two new Def Leppard songs.

"Evening all and welcome. This is the Joe Elliott show on Planet Rock. This week coming to you all the way from Tokyo in Japan where Def Leppard are about to start. Yes, you heard that right. We're about to start our world tour in support of our brand new album having just done a 73 date tour of Europe, Canada and the USA we are back to square one. This particular leg of the tour takes in Japan, Australia, Singapore until we get to the UK and Ireland at the beginning of December with our very good friends Whitesnake and the Black Star Riders for what is essentially a sold out tour. We cannot wait. Tonight's show is cheese-tastically themed out Japanese style. Starting off with this brilliant bit of work from an album called Made In Japan. This Deep Purple."
Note - The band have played 84 shows so far in 2015 since the 2015 world tour started on 15th April and ends on 19th December (..I don't care what Joe says!...:)... besides they've already played in 11 countries - so that's a world tour! - but back to the show...)
