Steve Raymond - Vivian Campbell Interview Quotes

2016 US Tour

"We're looking forward to it. It has been a very, very successful tour which is why it's kind of rolling into 2016 and you know the new album just came out last week. So that's a good excuse to keep going."

New Album The Best In 23 Years?

"Yes but it's also the one I've had the least to do with so what does that tell you?. I think the universe is trying to tell me something there. But you know more importantly it is - I genuinely believe it's the best record the band has made in the last couple of decades."

Joe Elliott's Vocals

"Yeah Joe's singing really, really well recently I've noticed yeah. The whole band is playing well. You know it's great being a musician unlike an Athlete. You get better as opposed to to worse. So the band has been maturing nicely."

Let's Go/PSSOM Similarities

"It is. Let's Go is Sugar 2.0. It was kind of genetically engineered that way you know. So it's alright to rip yourself off I suppose."

Dangerous

"Yeah and it's just got a great hook. I mean the chorus in that song is very - like you say very like Photograph. Very, very instantaneous."
