Def Leppard may be teaming up with Whitesnake again on their December UK tour with shows in Glasgow and Sheffield among the dates.

Joe mentioned the 2015 tour would end on 20th December on his 14th March Planet Rock radio show.

Earlier tonight a UK fan spotted two possible dates mentioned by Ticketmaster UK's mobile site. These were for Sunday 20th December in Sheffield and Thursday 10th December in Glasgow. The new Glasgow "SSE Hydro" arena name is used. The logo shown is one that has been used on Ticketmaster since the 2011 tour.

View the twitter exchange between the fan and Planet Rock DJ Wyatt Wendels (who interviewed the band in 2013) below. It's possibly a good sign of an imminent UK tour announcement as is the case with US tours when some dates show up on Ticketmaster before the main announcements. Stay tuned. 2011's December UK tour was not announced until the end of August in that year.

The band are due to end the 2015 tour with a run of UK/Irish shows as confirmed by Joe on 21st February.

The UK Mirrorball tour ended in London on 14th December 2011.

Def Leppard and Whitesnake previously teamed up for 10 UK shows in 2008 on the Songs From The Sparkle Lounge tour. The tour page on their website promises UK tour dates soon.

Note - The Glasgow listing says tickets go on sale on 30th March. Motoropoint Arena Sheffield say they are making a tour announcement on Friday (see last tweet below).

"Well seeing as the Def Leppard tour starts in Canada on the 15th April and it doesn't finish until at least the 20th of December."

"That is something that we will no doubt experience over this year. It is Hotel Illness. The band the Black Crowes from an album called The Southern Harmony And Musical Companion."
