Def Leppard played show 22 of the 2015 World Tour last night in Oslo, Norway with a shorter setlist played.
The show took place at the 10,000 capacity Spektrum.
This was the first show in Norway since a show in Skanevik on 6th July 2013 during the Summer Tour 2013.
The band were playing as special guests to Judas Priest exactly 35 years after they supported them in Corpus Christi, TX on 2nd June 1980.
Def Leppard started at 7:45pm local time and played a 75 minute set until 9pm.
This meant they had to cut four songs from the regular set they've been playing in Europe so - 'Promises', 'Paper Sun', 'Bass Solo/Rock On' and 'Two Steps Behind' were left out.
They shared the use of Judas Priest's main video screen but did bring in their own drum riser and the two side video screens/lights and therefore were able to play with almost their full production. The main lighting rig was the one used by Judas Priest so the lighting was slightly different to normal.
Headliners Judas Priest included their 1984 song Love Bites which was produced by 'On Through The Night' producer Tom Allom. The song has already been played in their 2015 set. This has actually happened before in 1987/1988 when openers Tesla played their song '2 Late 4 Love'.
Opening the show were Las Vegas based metal band Five Finger Death Punch. Their seven song set included a Bad Company cover.

They did a great job opening tonight and meeting up with our friends from 35 years ago Judas Priest who are coming on in a little while. What a good evening. The next show takes place on 4th June in Solvesborg, Sweden at the Sweden Rock Festival.
