Def Leppard played show 42 of the 2015 World Tour last night in Mt. Pleasant, MI with 17 songs performed.
The show took place at the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort.
The band's first time in this city. The second of two shows in the State of Michigan on this tour. The first having taken place on 17th July in Detroit/Clarkston.
The show started just before 9:30pm local time. The crowd were very loud and enthusiastic as noted by Joe at the start of the encore.
This was an outdoor show in an amphitheatre type venue located in the grounds of the casino. The stage looks similar to ones used at regular outdoor/festival shows.
Between 10-12,000 fans can fit in the venue which has a main seating area in front of the stage and a slightly elevated lawn section behind that. Fellow Brit Rod Stewart had played here the week before.
'Let It Go' was played and 'Promises' returned to the set after two of the three rotating songs were left out in Oshkosh. This version of the setlist was last played in Toronto.
Tesla were the only support act and played a slightly longer show adding the song 'Mama's Fool' to their setlist. A song from their 1994 album 'Bust A Nut'.
