WAFX 106.9 - Vivian Campbell Interview Quotes

2015 Studio Album

"And speaking of 23 years. I just got back from Dublin last night. I've spent the last month recording with the band and we just finished up a new studio record. And I've gotta say it's the best album Def Leppard has done in the 23 years I've been a part of the band. Yeah it's been great because it's a diverse record and - but it's also got the rock element that we really wanted to capture."

"And that's what we started - it was actually February last year that we started recording it in Ireland. And we set up live in the studio to cut rock tracks and that was the first part of if it. And that was the easiest part of it I gotta say. So there's some really heavy songs on there which is nice for me as a guitar player you know. I do wanna rock out it's in my blood."
