Def Leppard 2015 UK Tour Countdown - 5 Days To Go

Tuesday, 1st December 2015

Def Leppard 2015.

Def Leppard will start their 2015 tour of UK and Ireland in Dublin in 5 days on 6th December.

The 10 date tour was announced on 27th March this year when the band also (sort of) confirmed their new album would be self titled.

This countdown focuses on the ten shows and the band's live history in each city with links to the show pages.

The sixth show takes place in Nottingham, England on 13th December.

This will be the band's 9th show in Nottingham since the first visit in September 1979.

Def Leppard - Nottingham, England Live History

The first show here since 2011 and the third time at this venue under the third different name.

The first arena show played here and it took place on the 30th anniversary of their first ever public show in Sheffield.

A return to the same venue as 1987 after a 16 year gap.

As you can see from the photo - the last show played here with Steve Clark in the band and last time they would play here until 2003.

A show originally planned for the Rock City venue in March but postponed due to Joe's health. One of the three shows played in December 1983.

Two shows including a return on the ill fated December 1980 club tour.

The first show in the city during their Early Years tours at this tiny venue with a capacity of just 200.
