Def Leppard guitarist Phil Collen spoke to Todd Hancock for his TODDCast podcast in late February and a clip is available.
The full interview will be broadcast on 17th April before the band play a show in Vancouver.
Phil talked about the release of the Delta Deep album saying it should be out on 23rd June. The same day the band start their US tour in Tampa, FL.
Phil had already suggested to 98.7 the Gater radio in February the self-titled debut album might be out in April/May.

"We started writing some songs and initially it was kind of this bluesy soul thing. But then it ended up sounding like - and this is what I get you know it sounds like Tina Turner singing over the first two (Led) Zeppelin albums. Or Aretha Franklin singing - that's actually where it ended up being."

Robert Deleo from Stone Temple Pilots on bass and Forrest Robinson, who used to play in The Crusaders among other things, the jazz band who's done so many sessions. Album Release Date
"So it's a - we're really excited. We've finished the album and I think today I got a release date. The 23rd June it's gonna be coming out. So we're gonna be touring it as well. We're actually gonna be doing some shows in between the Def Leppard dates. You know in between the breaks on the tour and stuff."
