Saturday, 18th April 2015

Adrenalize 1992.

On This Day in Def Leppard History - 18th April, the following concerts and events took place. Including the 'Adrenalize' album entering the US album charts at Number 1 on this day in 1992.

The album spent its first 5 weeks at number 1 holding off Bruce Springsteen's double release 'Human Touch/Lucky Town'. His sister Pamela had taken some of the photos of the band for the 'Adrenalize' album booklet.

The fifth studio album would go on to spend 65 weeks on the chart and sell over 3 million copies in the US. As with the UK it remains the only Number 1 album alongside 'Hysteria'.

The band continue the 2015 world tour tonight in Vancouver, BC which was last played in September 2007. Check back later for the setlist.

As of 2015, Def Leppard (will) have played 5 times on this date.
