The Joe Elliott Show - Quotes

Show Intro

"Evening everybody and welcome to the Joe Elliott show once again right here on Planet Rock and I am at home. Yes, getting to know my family once again. It's a very strange situation being on tour for an entire summer. I just left California. We're headed all the way back there right now to San Francisco. This is The Tubes."

Show Outro

"That's a young lady whose name, had she been born a man, no doubt would've been Louden Wainwright IV. That is of course Martha Wainwright from her very strangely titled album I Know You're Married But I've Got Feelings Too with a great song called Bleeding All Over You. And before that from the album Bad As Me. The absolute brilliant Tom Waits with Hell Broke Luce. And that my friends is it for this week. I shall be back with you next week from London where we shall be in town for the NFL show the following day. That is something that we are all really looking forward to performing at. Until then I'm gonna leave you with this classic song produced by Mutt Lange from 1979. A band called The Records and a fantastic bit of pop rock called Teenarama. Until next week see ya!."
