The TeamRock Takeover - Joe Elliott Quotes

Show Intro

"Hi everyone welcome to TeamRock radio this is the Takeover by Joe Elliott the lead sing of, you gussed it Down 'n' Outz and of course Def Leppard. Gonna play you about 60 minutes of some of my favourite music over the next hour or so. And starting off with this fantastic pop hit by Mott The Hoople this is Roll Away The Stone."

"From the album The Hoople that was the second single off that particular album. The other one being The Golden Age Of Rock And Roll. A song that Def Leppard actually covered on a covers album back in 2006 called YEAH!. Now this is David Bowie from my favourite David Bowie album - second favourite David Bowie album. Ziggy Stardust will always be number one for me but Hunky Dory is just a magnificent piece of work as is this song. This is Life On Mars?."

Show Outro

"Gonna finish off the show with this beautiful piece of work from a band almost New Wave-ish from San Francisco. These guys really knew how to Glam it up. This is The Tubes with White Punks On Dope. Until next time. And there will be a next time. See ya."
