Def Leppard guitarist Vivian Campbell has given another update on his forthcoming solo album.
Vivian updated fans again on facebook saying he is still writing songs. Vivian mentioned in January of this year the album would be a "guitar driven hard rock record" and recording would start in late summer.
His blues covers album 'Two Sides Of If' was released back in 2005.

Any plans for another solo project?.
"Thanks. I'm writing for another solo record currently, although this one will be very different; original music and much more a rock album. I really want it to be very guitar-driven. You can blame my stint with Thin Lizzy and my getting back together with the ex-Dio band, Last In Line for my rekindled love affair with my guitar."
