Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott has joined other local residents in a fight to keep his local police station open.
Joe is featured in an article by the Irish Times about residents of Stepaside (a Dublin suburb) who have been fighting to keep their local Garda (police) station from closing.
The station is marked for closure and relocation to the town of Dundrum. According to another article some residents are planning to form a human chain around the station tomorrow as part of a protest.
