The Joe Elliott Show - Quotes

Show Intro/Kings Of Chaos

"Good evening or G'Day wherever you are listening from. I am coming to you this week all the way from Sydney, Australia. So Hi everybody and welcome to the Joe Elliott show right here on the beautiful Planet Rock where I am in town. Sydney, Australia for the show with the Kings Of Chaos. Yes we have got back together again. Myself, Matt, Duff, Gilby from G N' R, Sebastian Bach, Glenn Hughes and the wonderful Steve Stevens on guitar are gonna play a set with some wonderful acts which I'll be playing music from later in the show."

Def Leppard/Kings Of Chaos

"So VIVA Hysteria! over and done with Def Leppard on hiatus until the 21st June when we play Nantes, France at the Hellfest. This particular weekend I'm actually in Sydney, Australia at the Stone Music Festival with the Kings Of Chaos on stage with a bunch of fantastic bands including people like Buckcherry and Jimmy Barnes. Now Jimmy Barnes used to be the singer in this lot. This is Cold Chisel."

Cybernauts/Trevor Bolder

"And before that a song originally on his 1971 Hunky Dory album Life On Mars? done there by the Cybernauts live at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin. The Cybernauts being myself, Phil Collen, Woody Woodmansey and Trevor Bolder. Woody and Trevor of course were in Bowie's band back in '71 to '73. Trevor has been suffering from cancer recently that's why I mentioned it was a get well soon note before the break. He's in recovery which is fantastic news for all fans of Bowie and of course of Uriah Heep. And hopefully he'll be treading the boards with the Heep pretty soon. So let's dedicate this next song to Trevor Bolder for he is no broken down angel. This is Nazareth."
