Def Leppard may be returning to tour Australia in mid 2012 according to Rave Magazine.
This follows on from Joe Elliott's recent mention of the band touring in Canada, Japan and New Zealand in 2012.
The brief blurb by Rave is just one line but previous mentions of the band touring Australia in both 2008 and 2011 turned out to be correct. If so it would be the first time the band have returned to this part of the world so soon after finishing a tour. As ever no tour dates are likely to be announced until the first few months of 2012 (you might like to keep checking the support bands websites...).
Various band members including Vivian Campbell and Rick Allen have also said the band are very likely to tour the USA in 2012, when speaking to fans on twitter/facebook.
