The first show by the band in this city since December 1987 on the Hysteria tour.

The third time at this venue.

The venue is located in the west of the city and part of the Greensboro Coliseum Complex.

It was opened in October 1959.

It was renovated in 1994, 2005, 2013 and 2016.

The opening show of the 2008 Songs From The Sparkle Lounge tour which featured a new video intro. The large video screen featured images from the band history and song titles flashing out of the screen.

It was set to the tune of an old Vivian Campbell guitar solo and ended with images of red curtains opening to reveal the band logo as a voice said "That Was The This Is Now!".

Upcoming new single 'Nine Lives' was played for the first time.

The rarely played song 'Mirror, Mirror (Look Into My Eyes)' was kept in the setlist having returned in 2007 with 'Excitable' and 'Another Hit And Run' no longer being played.
