Virginia Beach, VA - Fan Reviews

Fan Review - By Emily

First of all, I just want to say that the entire show was amazing!

Foreigner came on at about 7 PM. They sounded great and it seemed like the amphitheater was almost full while they were playing. I don't know all of their songs, but I did sing along to the ones that I knew. The show got exciting when the singer jumped down into the crowd, and then he grabbed my mom's hand! That was a very exciting moment that I will never forget. I really enjoyed their whole set, especially Urgent and Jukebox Hero.

Next came Styx. I thought that they sounded great, but they didn't seem to have as much energy as Foreigner did. When I went to the show in Detroit, they just seemed to interact with the crowd more than they did here. All of their songs sounded great, and I really enjoyed Too Much Time On My Hands and Come Sail Away.

Finally, it was time for Def Leppard to take the stage. When "For Those About to Rock" came on the PA, everyone knew that Def Leppard was ready to begin their amazing show. The set list was the same as all previous shows. Every song sounded great. The guys were so energetic and were all over the stage. The show seemed to go by so fast, but I loved every minute of it! You can definitely tell that the guys really love what they do and that they truly care about their fans. It was such a great concert and every song sounded perfect. I really enjoyed hearing Mirror Mirror, since it is such a great song. I also liked the acoustic part of the show. Two Steps Behind sounded amazing, as did Bringin' On the Heartbreak. Switch 625 was definitely one of the highlights of the show, since I'm a huge Steve fan. I thought that it was great that they decided to play that one on this tour.

I wish that I could be going to more shows on this tour, but there are no more that will be in my area. So, I just want to say that I had a great time and the show was absolutely incredible!!
