It was opened in June 1952 as New Jones Beach Mar9ne Stadium.
From 1954 to 1994 it was known as Jones Beach Marine Theater.
From 1994 to 2000 it was known as Jones Beach Amphitheater.
From 2000 to 2002 it was known as Jones Beach Theater.
From 2002 to 2006 it was known as Tommy Hilfiger at Jones Beach Theatre.
From 2006 to 2016 it was known as Nikon at Jones Beach Theater.
Since 2016 it has become known as simply Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater.
The same setlist was played as the opening show the night before in Camden.
Phil Collen reportedly (accidentally) walked into a wall just before getting on stage and hurt his knee but was able to play the show as normal.
