The first show by the band in this city since September 1987 on the Hysteria tour.

The second time at this venue.

The venue is located in the city centre next to the River Usk and the University Of South Wales New port City.

It was opened in 1985.

The Darkness joined the tour as the main support act/special guest. They were supporting their upcoming debut single 'Get Your Hands Off My Woman' which would be included on their first album 'Permission To Land' (released in July 2003) which would hit Humber One.

The band featuring brothers Justin and Dan Hawkins were starting to become the most talked about new rock band in the UK and by the end of the year had major chart success with the album and by early 2004 they would have five hit singles. During their set Justin Hawkins would climb on to a roadies shoulders and walk through the crowd whilst playing guitar.

The setlist was changed at this show with 'Foolin'' back and 'BOTH', 'Switch 625', 'Too Late For Love' all dropped.
