Def Leppard @ Sovereign Center By emigrant

Rubyhorse singer Dave Farrell, singer with rock band Rubyhorse, is touring Ireland this month. For the last five years the band has been based in Boston, although they have been garnering nationwide attention. They have just released their first Irish single.

Joe Elliott of Def Leppard put in an appearance on a VH1 show recently wearing a Rubyhorse t-shirt. Did you know he was a fan or did money change hands?

We bumped into Joe and the boys at a radio festival here in the States. We ended up going on the piss for three days and had a great laugh. We also did Mixfest with them last September. They are fierce nice lads and we have a lot in common - watching soccer and drinking beer.

Are you a fan of theirs?

Um - ah - personally I think they are great guys. I never went through the hair band phase, thankfully.
