Cedar Rapids, IA - Fan Reviews

Fan Review - By Debbie

I had talked to some people and the venue holds about 9,000 people. From where I sat in the 2nd row it looked as though there were very few seats left in the upper parts. It had to be a near sell out! Ricky Warwick came out at 7:30. He is as good as I have heard and probably better. People were really into him. His guitar string broke right before his last song, and he had only that guitar. Finally someone brought it back out to him and said he could do one more song. I would love to see him again.

At about 8:30 the Leps came out to the "Disintegrate Intro". It was incredible. The people around us were so into the music even the new songs. From where we were standing we could hear voices singing to "Long Long Way To Go" and "Four Letter Word!" Phil lost his shirt right before "Foolin'", and Viv lost his before "Now". Phil and Viv didn't seem to move around the stage as much as they have in the past, but it was a wonderful show.

Throughout the show, Joe kept putting his hands in the air for people to stand up. It didn't look like the people at the back were standing, but I only looked a couple of times. That's one of those things I tend to notice. I didn't notice Joe's voice being tired and strained at all, but that could be due to the fact we were so close. Sav had that flowered shirt on, and Rick had a never ending smile on his face the entire night. Joe did some changing as well with his shirts. I had so much fun with my two friends, and I can't wait for the next leg of the tour! Just hope I don't have to drive 7 hours for the next one. Hurry and come back guys. Thanks for a fantastic show!.
