The venue is located 2 miles to the South West of the city centre and is an indoor arena within the Colorado State Fairgrounds.

It was opened in August 1995 asColorado State Fair Events Center.

Since 2012 the venue has been called Southwest Motors Events Center.

Unlike most state fair shows this one was played indoors.

The band took part in a photo shoot at a local train museum with Ross Halfin before this show. The promo pics were featured in the UK Tour Programme and various rock magazines.
