The venue was located to the west of the city centre near to the new Mile High Stadium and south west of the Pepsi Center arena.
It was opened in August 1975 and its location is now the parking lot for the stadium.
It was closed in September 1999 and then demolished in January 2000.
The band had also played two nights here in February 1988 and taped the concert film 'In The Round-In Your Face'.
