  • Location / Camrose, AB, Canada
  • Venue / Concert Bowl, Camose Regional Exhibition Grounds
  • Event / Canada Day Concert

The first show by the band in this city.

The first time at this venue.

The venue is located in .

It has hosted concerts since at least July 1993.

This show was sponsored by local radio and billed as a Canada Day celebration. Canada Day being 1st July.

Ugly Kid Joe reportedly had their set cut short after Whitefield Crane encouraged the crowd to keep throwing mud which they had been asked to stop doing.

The band were now using a stripped down stage show with no big lighting rig or lasers. Guitar solos and epic songs were also dropped.

An outstanding opening with the original album intro from Pyromania was played live before kicking into a great slightly slower tempo version of 'Rock! Rock!'.

One of the best things they've ever done live. The stage was the one-end setup used is Europe but with a smaller lighting rig and no moving parts during 'Rocket'.

This was an outdoor festival with five opening bands including Rockhead featuring producer Bob Rock on guitar.
