  • Location / Bloomington/Minneapolis, MN, USA
  • Venue / Met Center

The first show by the band in this city since April 1983 on the Pyromania tour.

The third time at this venue and first of three nights.

The venue was located in Bloomington which his 11 miles south east of Minneapolis and 16 miles south west of St. Paul.

It stood next to where the Mall Of America now is (opened in August 1992) which was once the largest mall in the world and close to the Minneapolis/St. Paul International airport.

It was opened in October 1967 as the Metropolitan Sports Center which was shortened to Met Center in 1982.

It was closed in April 1993 and then demolished in December 1994 with the venue site now a parking lot.

The only known playing of the Rolling Stone's song 'Brown Sugar' as the last encore song.

Phil Collen later said this song didn't get much of a reaction from the crowd.

'Armageddon It' replaced 'Don't Shoot Shotgun' in a slightly mixed up setlist.

Three shows at this venue were sold out three months in advance.

The first time the band had played three sold out nights in a row at a US arena.

A decent quality audience recording exists from this show.
