  • Location / Dublin, Ireland
  • Venue / SFX Hall / SFX Theatre / S.F.X. Centre
  • Event / A Concert Rehearsal/A Live Rehearsal

The first show by the band in this city since February 1984 on the Pyromania tour.

The first time at this venue.

The venue was located in the North Side of the city centre.

It was opened in 1984 and hosted concerts until 2001.

The venue was later closed in 2006 and then demolished and new apartment buildings now standing where the venue used to be.

It had been named after the St. Francis Xavier Community Hall which still stands in Dorect Street.

Guests included members of U2 (include=ing drummer Larry Mullen Jr.) and Clannad plus the staff from Windmill Lane studios.

The setlist played as the previous show.

Local Irish band Assassin were the support act at this show, the first major venue played on the tour.

A decent quality audience recording exists from this show but has not been widely circulated among fans.
