The second time at this venue and second of two shows here in 1983.
The venue is located downtown area of the city centre and is part of the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
It was a few block s away from the newer 20,000 capacity Nationwide Arena.
It was opened in September 1980 as Ohio Center with the name eventually changed to Battelle Hall.
It was printed on the tickets as Ohio Center.
This was an extra show added to the schedule after ticket problems had affected the first show in July.
Local news reported that up to 50 fans were arrested at the show for various offences.

The last 10 days of August leading into the first 10 days of September saw the boys travel from St. Louis all the way east to Providence, Rhode Island and back to Los Angeles.
Of course, this was due to the make up dates which had been postponed in June when Joe's voice had gone.
We hope that everybody in Columbus enjoyed the second show we stuck in.
At least the ticket sales went a lot smoother this time.
